Wiring a brake-light pressure switch...

Need a little help. I purchased a brake light pressure switch for my 300 EXC. Pulled off the seat and rear light assembly and realized that the bike comes almost ready for brake light hook-up. (already has 3 wires going from plug near gast tank back to bulb and bulb is already the correct one for running lights/stop light).

My question is, I can see the green/white wire is already in the plug and I know that one end of my pressure switch will plug into that, but which wire on the supply end do I jump power from? The white one or the brown one?

I believe the brown is ground.

That was my assumption. thanks. I would crank it up and just check with a tester, but the bike is apart and not in a state to be started.
