softening out for enduro/trailriding

Hi would like some advice for best suspension setup,

Iv got an 06 yz250f which iv used mainly for motox and some enduro riding, iv been doing some work to the bike to make it more enduro friendly but i still want to be able to hit the odd natural double or stepup that i may come across on the trails.

I weigh in at just over 160lbs without riding gear an the bike still has stock forks/springs and shock.

The current settings are as follows:

SHOCK

Rider sag - 95mm

static sag - 30mm

Hispeed comp - 2 turns out

lospeed comp - 10 clicks out

rebound - 10 clicks out

FORK

5mm up in the yokes

Comp - 11 clicks out

Rebound - 10 clicks out

This setup worked great for me on mx trax through the whoops and on big doubles and triples but is a bit rough on the enduro side! My riding style is average to fast and i attack any obstacles quite agressively....The ideal setup i would like would be suitable for GNCC.

Any advice will be appreciated,

Cheers guys:ride:

you want more like 103mm sag and then turn out the comp adjuster at least 6 clicks possibly fully soft and same with hs , you want much softer for woods than mx
