kx250f shim stack questions, help

Does anyone know what a good shim stack would be for an 07 kx250f, novice motocross rider 155lbs, or what the stock shim stack is for an 07 kx250f? I've got a woods setup that came with the bike when I got it. Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks

There is no 'one fits all' setup.

this is, how it works:

post your current stack, tell us what you are unhappy with and/or what you want to achieve.

make suggestions on what to change.

and it would help to know the current spring rate, regarding your weight.

Well my current stack is set for cross country riding and I'm wanting a motocross setup l. I realize there's.l no one fits all setup but just looking for a good base line blto start with before I tear my suspension down. Thanks for the help though.
