Muddy creek / pw50

I posted on another board this question with no response:

We are racing at Muddy Creek next weekend, and I'm trying to find out some information on the track. Is it a speed track, or more technical with lots of elevation changes.

We're trying to figure out what gear to run in my sons PW, stock or qt.

Thanks.

bring both and time him, it only takes 5 min to switch out. run half a day on each and see what he turns better times on.

I have not been there myself, but you should have some practice time build in for the LL weekend.

were going also, don't the bike have to be ran with stock gearing?

nope, gearing is about the only thing you can change on them. expect to see some built Pdubs out there. where these motor builders are squeezing every little bit of power out of them they can. last year we went up against $2400 Pdubs that were built from the ground up.

there are a lot of daddies with deep pockets out there.
