You need torque numbers. When I did my KX500 the first time I didn't buy a manual, I just pulled the torque numbers from online and winged it.

Best video imo, best thing you can do is keep this video next to you while your rebuilding the top end. Take your time and youll do fine.

The same youtube channel also has a lot of other how to videos that are very helpful.

Yes I used this one last month and it was really helpful.

Though the service manual is good too as it tells you your torque specs.
