Ktm 50 (mini adventure) carburetor adjustment

I have a 2000 ktm 50 mini adventure< i cleaned out the carb, and I cant adjust it right to get it to idle, and I dont think the gas adjustment is right either because it doesnt go full speed and needs to start off flat to gain speed, slowly. Also I can only get it started by spraying starter fluid in the carb, but need to keep throttle on the whole time or else it will shut off.

Any suggestions? Thanks

the passages in the carb are VERY small. you may find yourself needing to run some very fine wire thru them to clean them out. if it won't idle, pilot circuit is first place to look.
