Coming into this year I am in a lot worse shape than last year. The first ride this year was not alot of fun. Only one lap before the hands cramp up. The next two days were torture riding but I was in Fla. so I had to ride. Anyway, I had so much pain in my wrist and hands I thought something was really wrong. Now after a couple of rides here in N.E. I realize I am in just in terrible riding shape. All the wrist curls and hand excersizes did nothing. Only my bike is gonna help this time. What else are you Vet guys doing to help yourselves ride into shape?
