Setting sag when you weigh too much????

I have an 04 RM 125 that I really enjoy riding, but at 180 (no gear), I'm too heavy for the stock springs. I'm not going to buy new springs as the bike will be my son's primary ride in the near future. In the meantime, how should I set up the rear suspension? Should I get the race sag correct and not worry about the free sag, or vice versa, or set it between optimal race and free sag? I only use the bike for woods riding these days, and the suspension has been revalved for that purpose. Thanks.

the shock will actually be ok the forks a little soft

just set the sag with you on it but set it a little less maybe 10ml
