Ok just installed the mikuni carb on my sons bike. Awesome starts so easy. So happy. Just one thing if I pull on the throttle quick it bogs out. But if pulled slowly runs well. So I ajusted the eclip on the needle on setting nothining chaged. Any ideas?

If the clip did nothing, you may be a tad fat on the pilot jet, go down one and see what happens.

If I recall right, I ran into exactly this on the wife's bike too.

that carb is essentially a 2 stroke carb with no accelerator pump. it will do that because a 4 stroke has more vacuum signal and would be considered normal. shouldn't really notice it while riding. I'm assuming it is doing this while siting at a standstill?

My TTR-125 does the same. So does a friend of mines, so I think it's probably relatively normal.?

Yes just sitting just while im running the test. Need to ride other tan down the street. And thanks for the info appreciate it.
