06 CR 125 Linkage removing problem

So,

I was trying to take off my linkage to clean and lube it. I started with the nut, which holds the rear shock in place:

When i tried to turn it, it turns quite easily but does not come loose or tight. It just turns forever. So is it possible that the threads are somehow fckd up? There is also a little slack on that point when lifting the swingarm.

Since the bike has very few hours on it, the nut has never been opened. What to do? I would really appreciate help...

hammer a flat blade screw driver between the nut and shock link. Keep pressure against it and try to remove the nut. If that fails...pull the top shock bolt out and remove the shock and linkage as one unit so you can get better access to removing the linkage.
