hey guys, raced southwick this weekend i thought i would post a few pics. it was a ton of fun, ive grown to really love that track.

my favorite! im not getting the holeshot but hey you cant see the girls in front of me lol

ok im done lol ? i raced womens and open 2 stroke (with john dowd and robby marshall... awesome haha) managed to keep it on 2 wheels and had a ton of fun. ive raced this race for 3 years now and had a miserable time the last 2 years because i would sit so far up and it made riding the sand horrible and scary haha. but i actually listened to my friends this year and leaned back and gassed it more and i love the track. i def want to ride it more so i can get faster there! and the jump faces even held up so there was even some places for a solid few inches of air ?

Nice pictures. I wish I was riding when I grew up there. I want to ride that track so bad. Some day I'll have to drive up to my parents and bring the bike. Do they have open practice on the weekends or are they only open for racing?

When I lived up there years ago they never had any advertised open practices that I can remember. I did check their website awhile back and now it does appear they do offer some open practices.

It still is one of my all time favorite tracks to ride and watching a pro national there was amazing as well. I went in 05 and got to see RC and Reed split moto wins, they were hauling. This really makes me want to go race that track again.

Awesome pictures!!! I love it when girls ride! My girlfriend started riding about 5 years ago and raced desert for a while but we are starting to ride track so I think it would be great to see her do the same thing as you!
