03 cr250 rad valve owners?

Haven't installed mine yet, I notice it does not come with a " valve stuffer" block like the oem cage does, but uses a gasket to cover the open cavity between the stock carb insulator outlet and the rad vlv. Won't this gasket flutter around in there a bit without anything to seat up against other than the edges of the bolt pattern.

..no the idea behind eliminating the cage stuffers is to increase the amount of air volume ....short version of a long story more air/fuel mix = more power

and no you shouldn't have to change jets ...maybe the airscrew and needle height if needed
