ktm 690 can swap now fi light

I've just put original can's back on my 690sm and now the fi light is on all the time. Should i be worried.

Thanks matt

If its on all the time you MUST visit the nearest authorized KTM workshop to check your injection system.

If it is blinking, count the blinks and check your owners manual to see to what error descriprion code refers to.

Stange problem though.

I do this job, exhanging cans, 2 times per month and no probs at all.

it was blinking 8 times which manual says is throttle sensor. I adjusted throttle cable play and seems to have cured it.

well that was short lived. Fi started flashing again. 8 flashes for throttle sensor. Has anyone any ideas what i should do before i take it to dealers.

I'd do a search on ADVRider. Actually do a site search on google for ADVRider

such as:

site:www.advrider.com FI 8 flashes 690

And variations of that search. The direct search on the site doesn't allow 3 letter words.. it's probably throttle cable play - try to adjust again?

turns out it was the throttle position sensor, adjusted it and it's fine now
