The registration fees should be less after July. The lame DMV fee increase expired (the one our buddy Arnold allowed:foul:)

I live here mostly but I have my 450X plated in Idaho and I paid $12 for my plate and $3 for my ohv sitcker.The down side of it was I had the burden of doing a self inspection to make sure my bike was road legal and had to sign my name on a piece of paper.
