Help with Shock Spring

Just wondering if anyone can help me. I have a '01 426. I am 6'6 240 lbs and am convinced I need a heavier rear shock spring. The stock spring rate is 5.4 but should I go to a 5.6 or even a 5.8.. I ride mostly MX but also in the woods.. Also, who has the best springs for the money..

hey go to race tech website and email them, they have helped me with alot of suspension problems
