bog? 250exc

I have a 2003 250 EXC four stroke. It has a 350cc big bore kit. Last time i had the bike out i noticed that i accidently rode it on reserve for a while and the bike was getting very very boggy, but after i turned the gas to on, it didnt get any better throughout the day. when i start it up and ride it around my house it doesnt have a bog problem, but i havent ridden it for a while to let it fully heat up to see if the problem will persist. Did riding it on reserve cause this bog?

reserve didnt do anything as it is still the same petcock and fuel supply but it does sound like you have a dirty or clogged pilot
