Recommended Posts

What have you planned?

- top end inspection

- change from '05 to '02 R cam

- remove HID lighting and re-install stock headlight

- remove battered skid plate and install Acerbis plastic

- remove stock battered rotors and install Braking Batfly oversize rotors

- remove stock battery and add litium (already done actually)

- replace Sunstar sprocket with Supersprox (50)

- replace front tire with MX 51 and Tubliss

- replace rear tire with IRC VE33 and Tubliss

- install R version radiator lowering kit: looks like it will work

- replace front .49 springs with .52

- replace rear 5.9 with 6.2 spring ( I have only 5mm static sag right now)

- service front forks (basic)

Paul will work on my bike, while I work on my Business.....

Interesting. I called ASR on tues just to see the turn around time for a basic valve job. Sounded like it would have only taken them a day once it was received at the shop and it would be shipped back. Will be sending the head there when the time comes..

If it's the week before a big race, it can take longer cause of all the bikes to prep.

Paul works 6-7 days a week most of the time.....

That is good to know! 7 Days a week would be nuts. Shops are only open Tues -Sat here.

When I saw Paul over Memorial Day weekend at 100's National he said the only days he gets off is when he comes out to pit his riders! Talk about someone living/eating/breathing dirtbikes!
