Honestly, How Big Of A Difference Does It Make?

Recommended Posts

How much of a difference on stress on the engine/traction does running an 8 paddle over a 6 paddle in the sand on a 250f. I had always planned on running 6 but there's some pretty cheap 8's out there($25 on craigslist) Also, how much harder is it to mount on the wheel and how much more do the paddles hit the swing arm. Thanks

If anything it would just hook up too good. In the sand wheelspin is your friend. Too much bite and it'll just pull the motor down.

Use an 8 it will do fine. the paddle (usually) doesn't hit the swing arm, it hits the mud flap

im wonderin the same thing for my 125 2t. i have an 8 paddle from a neighbor.

Defiantly buy a 6 paddle. 8 paddle puts a lot of stress on that small of a motor
