Over heating TE 450

My 09 Te 450 has been blowing the fuse for the fan and lights which causes it to over heat. This only happens in real tight sections and not all the time.First code showed the tilt sensor and I replaced it and it worked good but then the computer took a crap this time. Anybody having this problem?

Check the main wiring harness on the left side of the frame behind the radiator. The rectifier braket has a sharp edge that can cut into the wiring harness and cause some issues when it shorts.

Took me for ever to track it down.
