Neck Protection, Chest Protector, Hydration

I am fairly new to TT so I may not have found the right place to post this but here is my dilema.

How do I find these three items that will work well together. It seems I have read of people having issues with neck braces working in conjuction with a chest protector and hydration system. What do I need to know in order to get outfitted with a complete setup that will work well together?

I would probably get a tekvest, leatt, and any cheap camelback. They will all work in junction with each other. http://www.tekrider.com/

If you prefer plastic chest protectors check out the troy lee designs cp 5955 it has cutouts for the leatt and will, with some modification work with a camelback. Hopes this helps!!

leatt makes a chest protector that works with there neck braces.

I have preferred the plastic chest protectors in the past but it seems that makes it difficult with the neck brace. I'll have to check the troy lee one.

A lot of chest protectors work w/ the Leatt, but there has to be enough room at the opening your head goes through. Put it on first then put the Leatt on one piece at a time. The parts that rest on your chest and back will need to go under the chect prot.

Fly racing makes a sort of camelbak that attaches to most standard chest protectors.

I took a look at the Troy Lee/Shock doctor combo recently, although the price is high, you defined get value for the money.

Well thought out and well put together with some really good features.

Hydration should work well with this combo to!
