Looking for the Jetting page out of the 04 CR85 Manual.

Can anyone scan the jetting page out of the 04 CR85 manual? I need the page that has the temp altitude recommended changes, not all the how to crap just the numbers page.

I have VF3 reeds and Bills pipe silencer also but I'm just looking for a starting point.
