Getting Yoshi slip-on tomorrow...jetting settings?

I have a plated 03 400E (previously ridden hard in dirt only) in Mass...used trick dual sport to get legal. Bought Warp 9 SM kit...cleaned it up a bit and rode it today...very fun :-) Probably won't see serious dirt again.

Tomorrow i'll be buying a yosh slip-on and ripping out the snorkel. I already bought the JD jetting kit. Any suggestions as to what I need to do with the jetting to maximize performance (will the performance gain be noticable) ? Thx...

I presume it has the slant body fcr???...

With snorkel removed...

160 main jet

200 main air jet

100 pilot air jet

EMN needle clip 3 or JD Blue needle clip 4 or stock DXP needle clip 5

45 pilot jet

2.25 turns fuel screw

To make easier pilot circuit tuning I recommend you get a R&D Flex Jet remote fuel screw...You will need to slightly enlarge the fuel screw orifice on the bowl.,(with a drill) to install the Flex Jet.It's an easy job...

Thx Craigo...slant/mx??? Whatever was stock with 2003 E. I also currently have 15 tooth up front and 45 rear and the bike revs at speed and is granny like in 1st...so along with jetting and yosh slip-on, I bought a 42 tooth rear that will be going on this week. I hope the pipe and jetting will help pull off the higher gearing.
