2003 YZ250 front forks?

I'm a showa guy and only know and have only worked on showa forks. My 06' CRF450 was the only bike I tore the supension down on. Respectfully, I am assuming that my 03' YZ250 with KYB forks cant be too much different. The question is this....it's terribly hard to control at high speeds on bluegroove conditions. I do allot of trail riding and most times where I go to get to the trails is down old logging skids where there are decent sized rocks that barely stick out of the ground, kinda like if you were to press a golf ball half way down into sand....well the front end literally reacts like a death wobble whenever I hit those rocks. The handlebars "T" on me sometimes. I need to adjust the high speed. Please help. Thanks

whatever bluegroove conditions mean, but due to the rest you're writing you have to have a substantial revalve

This fork has all those .15 shims which partially should be changed to .10
