Bike wont start... Please Help

Hi, I have a 2000 Honda XR100. I made a thread awhile back about a leaking carb. Anyways I took the carb off and cleaned it real well and checked the needle valve. I reinstalled the carb and tried to start the bike.... nothing.

I have checked the carb bowl for fuel and there is fuel getting to the carb. I checked the plug and spark is fine. I dont know what else to do.

The bike was running fine except for fuel leaking out of the drain tube, so I corrected that problem and now the bike wont start. Im confused. Hopefully someone here can help me out. Im very new to dirt bikes in general. Thanks

If you didn’t touch anything but the carb, then it has to be a carb problem. Did you install the fuel / air screw the same? It’s possible you didn’t know and put it back in all the way tight. Try turning it out one full turn then see if it will start.
