If they are the stock 23mm offset, but different flex, then don't bother wasting your money.

But assuming they are 22mm, I'd estimate that more than 75% of club riders would feel the difference with a 1mm offset change.

With the 1mm reduction you should feel the bike lays over more easily, the front tyre feels a bit more planted, and in sand the front will track straighter (more stable), but the downside is that on rough irregular ground and/or a high speeds you can feel more force in the bars when the tyre contact point with ground gets knocked side to the side. Sometimes a little headshake and less stable.

It seems like a lot of benefit for minimal downside, and on some types of dirt (sandy or groomed) it certainly is a gain with less offset. However in other conditions the bar forces can sometimes be a bit extreme and cause a crash.

The stock 06 to 08 offset was 24.5mm and apparently James Stewart ran 25mm offset. But on the otherhand JS ran super stiff fork springs, giving more front rake and trail, so (if true) I think his choice of 25mm makes some sense.
