ktm rear brake problem

Recommended Posts

Last ride out I lost my rear brake. Just all the sudden no pressure at all. I bought a master cylinder rebuild kit but I cant get the brake bled to save my life. Are there any tricks or suggestions out there?

Thanks!

the pedal must be able to rise up high in order to let the orifice open in the master. So adjust the pedal height so it can go up all the way and you will get more throw. If that doesnt do it then get more travel with the adjustable rod going into the master for same effect.

This is usally the problem, at least it was mine. Undo the bolt that connects the plunger to the pedal. If you have to push it up with pressure to get it back on the pedal it needs to be adjuseted
