Does a slip on make much difference over stock?

Recommended Posts

I ordered a Yosh RS-4D last friday for my '12, but it's on backorder from Yosh till late Nov. So I was thinking about getting a Yosh slip on till the RS-4D came in then selling it on ebay. Do you guys think the slip on makes much difference over the stock exhaust?

It will make the bottom end pull a little harder and change the overall performance of the engine. Usually a re-map along with the slip on is a pretty noticable improvement. You're not going to pick up 15HP so don't expect to keep up with a 450's unless I'm riding one.
