Rekluse pro exp 2 troubleshooting poor engagement

Recommended Posts

I have a rekluse core exp 2.0

Bone stock, the core exp slips the clutch perfectly up to a point, then it dumps the clutch, instead of being smooth, when it does this, my bike will drop rpm a bit, very irritating, from 0-100 % slip-to-lockup it dumps the clutch when it's about 90 % of the way to full lockup.

anyone know how to dial that out? My pro and dynaring do not do this, they both slip smoothly to full engagement, there's no "pop" at near the end where full lockup happens on either of those

I'm not sure if this is a dial, wedge, or spring problem

anyone have any idea?

Only idea I have is to learn to use a conventional clutch?! hahaa

just messin with you, I've never used one.

I'm picky about my bikes, I wont ride them without these mods

bark busters

revalve

damper

autoclutch

this is my first core exp 2.0, I know that they use the same basic design in all the bikes, the only difference is the basket & clutch pack dimensions, I'm just not sure if it's dial, wedge, or spring problem, my clutch basket is brand new
