97 cr500 carb swap jeting questions

hello, I just purchased a 39mm pwk to replace the stock pj on my 97 cr500. my question is about getting this jetted right. the stock carb was running good with a 180 main 55 pilot and needle clip #3. can this be easily crossed to my new carb? what would you suggest for a good starting point? the pwk came stock with a 160m, 60p and mid clip position. sounds lean to me but I dont know if the pwk is different in fuel flow where this jetting might be close to right. thanks Got this bikes new carb dialed today. started with a 175m, 55s, and mid clip postion and worked up to a 185m and kept the rest as is. this new carb ROCKS. anyone thinking about an upgrade, I would strongly recommend a pwk in place of the stock pj. easier starting, better low and top end with better response. oh ya... no more idleing problems:thumbsup:
