need advice on 91 cr125 suspension setup. Race tech gold valves worth it?

Hey so I have a 91 cr125 which has very basic tuning capabilites. I only have 1 clicker and thats for compression and thats it. My question is are the race tech gold valves worth it? Or are my forks pretty much out dated. I don't want to spend the money on the gold valves only to find I still don't have the adjustment I need. Right now my main issue is with head shake and also on harder landings the rebound is too fast causing the bike to almost hop off the ground.

try 7.5wt or 10wt oil to see if it gets better.

but could also be something wrong with the forks, they need to be inspected.

I guess gold valves are not able to give you a rebound clicker screw.

head shake can be made by less rebound after a big hit to next hit,what type of oil do you have in now??

I have bell Rey 5wt in it now. I'm 5'5 130lbs

you can try 10w ,whit 7.5w the difference on reb is little
