changing gasket

i have a pretty solid leak on my right side trans cover...how hard is a gasket change in a 1991 cr 125?

simple.

take the pipe off, kickstarter and brake pedle. take out all of hte bolts aroumnd the rim and 2 from your waterpump. slide the case off nice and gently.and nothing should fall out of place.

and its about that easy to put back on.

yikes.....pipe, kickstart and brake lever??? i thought i could get away with just the brake pedal!

the pipe can stay on if it doesent cover the case i have a 99 cr250 so i dont know if a 125 pipe covers the case and the kickstart shaft comes through the case so the kickstart has to be removed just get a grease pencil or something and mark the kickstart where it is so you get it on right. just dont forget to drain the coolant or you will make a big mess like i did the first time i worked on a watercooled bike 👍

actually it looks like its leaking from the clutch cover....that looks pretty simple! thanks again:smirk:
