DRZ400SM FCR-E Model and Stock SM Pipe

Hey Guys,

My MRD pipe is getting serviced and i dont want to not ride for two weeks or so.

Baseline jetting specs for an E model FCR (slant style) with the stock SM exhaust. (Got rid of the mikuni long ago)

Might drill out the endcap if it makes sense.

I'm just about sealevel.

its like 60-70 degs here,

3x3 mod

wired the accelerator pump

shortened the diaphragm "knob"

removed C.E.

removed TPS

Just put on the stocker pipe. Do not bother to drill out the cap, it will not make flow better, only louder.

Might have to drop the main a size or two but it depends what your curreent jetting is. 'Stock' is not an answer.

This is how it was jetted for MRD/SSW (with insert):

Blue needle 4th clip

60 pilot air jet

200 main air jet

165 main jet

65 starter jet

45 pilot

adjustable fuel screw, kientech.

i have bit of JD kit around so i'll what i can do for now.
