Replacement mid valve post/holder for KYB

Recommended Posts

i get them through technical touch kyb. they're located in upland, ca. they're not too expensive. you could probably get them from enzo, pc, mb1, etc. i use loctite, and i stake the nut on those. they should hold up fine, but i only use 25in lbs. with a dial-type torque wrench.

After removing the stakes on my 05 KX250 there's only about 2.5 threads left. They seem to be holding up fine, but I would like to replace them over the winter. Where's the best place to get these? Aftermarket or original KYB?

Cost?

Thanks.

We have them at $18.32 each. KYB OEM.

And I would think that you could run the common YZ stem as well, which is 5mm longer. ?
