What is a decent compression test pressure fo a ttr125? I might look at buying one and will likely test the pressure before I do.

you'd have to find a manual to see what Yamaha recommends, but anything over 120 or so is usually good. With these youth 125 4Ts, the actual compression number isn't any indicator of good or bad (within reason, 90 PSI is bad) and is more of a diagnostic tool when seeing it's dropped 50 PSI from when it was first broken in until now, perhaps it's time to open the top end if everything else is right.

You can use it as a negotiating tool though, if you have a manual that says 140 and the bike is running 138 but is otherwise just fine. You could try to squeeze and extra $100 off the purchase price from the owner, then go ride if for a year or two without doing anything about it.
