I have been using one in my trailer since 2008, works great. Mine is setup with the larger chocks for sportbike wheels but they still work perfectly for the dirtbike when needed.

I could see for a street bike but for a dirt bike in my TH i just use a removable wheel chock and tie downs.... its about 210 dollars cheaper per bike. Also a buddy of mine puts his on the stand then ties it down with turnbuckles (from homedepot) off the foot pegs.

Same here, we have two sets of e-track and removable chocks. Can put the bikes anywhere.
