2011 front fender on 2005?

I need to replace the front fender on my 2005 crf250r. I really like the looks of the newer style front fenders on the 2010 and 2011 models. Do you guys think that these will bolt up and work on my 2005?

Bolt pattern changed along with the fender shape between 2009 and 2010.

2010 and later front fenders have about a half inch step-up to match the new lower triple clamp shape as well. So, it's not gonna work without some creativity and you would also need to replace the front number plate to mate up with the new fender shape.

Yes its possible you just have to drill 2 new holes

I've seen a couple of older bikes with new frontfender and numberplate so it definitely works with some creative thinking.

I read somewhere or saw somewhere you can use zip ties on some part of it to get it to hold really well with the front number plate as well

Zip ties always works ! :busted:
