Kx250 Break-in

Motor has been fully redone; top end, bottom end, new cylinder and head, all bearings, all gaskets and new reeds.

I don't know how to correctly break in an engine, and I was wondering if I could get any tips or procedures on how to do this correctly, and how much run-time I should put on it before actually giving it a good ride.
