Hey I would not be surprised but I do not think it is happening.

If you go to the BLM Hollister website you can find a list of all the "currently offered" oil and gas lease auctions. I have looked in the past after hearing such rumors but have never seen any portions of CCRA listed.

If it were offered up you would know right away as it would be a big battle.

Have you got some reference material or is this just a rumor?? The state doesn't have much to say about federal property.
