Idle problem

Hi,

I have an idle problem, few weeks ago I took my carb apart and cleaned it all out, when i put it all back together and turn my bike on it does not idle properly and i am not sure what it is. It idles kind of high, like if i have the choke on and after a minute or so it will go down how it should run, and if i snap the throttle again it will do the same thing, it will idle high for a min and then it will go back down to normal idle. Any suggestions??
