Question on BW 200 suspension

Recommended Posts

I have a 85 bw 200 w sagging/maybe leaking rear shocks.I also have a Blaster 4 wheeler roller/frame.Will the Blaster front shocks work on the rear of the BW or am I looking for trouble.I noticed on works suspension site, the tws shocks are 13 inches, the bws 10 something and the blaster is 14 inches.I'm trying to not turn this thing into a mega bucks coffee table cafe racer and just keep it a decent running trailbike.

With a 4 inch jump in length, yes you are asking for trouble.

However, Suzuki LT230S front shocks are also 10.5 eye to eye.

I appreciate the input thank you.I know you can increase suspension on things since Im not an engineer I dont know how much before you start cracking frames, putting stress on other things from the increased spring tension.I guess thinking about it now the blaster shocks wouldnt even line up eye to eyelets where the bolt goes thru.
