I am trying to increase my fitness by exercising more. What do you recommend to help with recovery and maintain a healthy immune system. Last time I started exercising hard I got sick after a couple weeks. I taking vitamins once a day and thought about taking protein shakes after a work out. What do you recommend for making a protein shake.

A lot of people use "Muscle Milk."

Just make sure you don't buy "Love Muscle Milk" by mistake.
