Is it rounded? What do you mean stuck? There are ways of getting rounded off bolts out. One of the easiest ways is finding a socket slightly smaller and hammering it on. Don't hammer it on too hard or you can risk cracking your case. Use some Vice-Grips. Another way is getting a cold chisel and knocking on the edge in a counter clockwise fashion. A way is by Cutting a slit down the middle of the head and using a big screwdriver. Drill a hole and using an EZ out. Or if you're not too mechanically inclined, swallow your pride and take it to a shop.

I have one of those do have to admit they are pretty handy for some rounded nuts and bolts but haven't had to use a lot of torque on it, kind of fearing those little needles flying about

Use a longer wrench (box end 6 point) on the fastener... more torque.

If the bolt is rounded, it's going to have to be replaced anyway, so slap on a set of big vise grips and give it a sharp yank.

If you can get to it with a socket, try using a manual impact and BFH on it.

If that doesn't get it, and it's rounded off use a nut buster socket and a ½" air impact.

Last resort, cut a slot in the head and go with a flat bit and the manual impact.

Do NOT drill the bolt, that's just asking for trouble

A sharp smack with a hammer will sometimes help. Just don't crack your case!

Penetrating oil can help, too.

You could also try a little heat on the aluminum around the bolt.
