Fuel screw turns stay same if spark arrestor removed?

Recommended Posts

I have a properly dyno jetted stock carb for an 06'S (yosh rs-3, 3x3, dj) at sea level with the fuel screw 2.75 turns out. Now that I'm completely legal I want to make my pipe open again. I heard jetting stays the same, and I might need to adjust idle screw. Does the fuel screw @ 2.75 stay the same? Thanks in advance.

The only real way to know this is to dial in your fuel screw agian and see. However I suspect there will not be any need to change it.
