Oil for RM250 2001-2003 forks

I got a set of RM250 2001-2003 forks, and i need to know how much oil to use and what oil to use ? i weigh 135lb approx, can someone out there help ????

A litre is probably going to cover you for both forks. But you want to do it by fork oil height on these open chamber forks. Spring out, forks fully compressed, damper rod down. I would go for 130-135mm from the top for your weight.

Thanx, tribalbc that should sort out the fork oil problem, now i just need to download a manual for the rest of the bike, just gotta find one online somewhere ?

I have listed the 2001 and 2002 fork as bladder forks, which are in the 100mm range of oil level.

the 2003 is listed as a non-bladder fork (about 130mm oil level)

on most open chamber forks I did, 1 Liter is not enough. range should be 1.1-1.3L
