under race condition as clutch gets hot does not want to release,even tryed adjust on fly? any ideas?

How much free play is in the lever? The oil may need to be switched up with something else. Check the clutch bracket also, they break. Anyone that ownes a 10-12 honda 250 and on 09-12 450, they need to buy a bracket and keep it in their tool box. It's not a matter of if, it's when it's going to break.

Thanks, got a nickel at the lever new clutches and steels,basket hub an presure plate good just when indoors gets hot an doesent want to release in the races? we stumped.

Try a different oil or no free play at all. It shouldn't be dragging with a nickle's worth of free play.
