Recommended Posts

How much is a 1990 Honda cr80r worth. it has about 3 hrs on a new wiseco top end, the plastics have been painted, the sprocket welded to the counter shaft, wasn't me by the way, and JB weld on the cases. other than that it runs great and has tons of power. heres some pictures.

Is it worth splitting the cases and replacing the counter shaft? or do I just sell it cheap or part out? I really don't want to part out because I don't have a way to ship parts unless the buyer picks up.what would be the best way to sell it?

Craigslist is the best way to sell the bike complete. There really isn't a market for the parts, you would make more selling it as a whole. If it were 96 and newer, that is a different story.

Good Luck

It's been up a few days and haven't gotten any calls. I'll lower the price to $400 and see what happens, thanks for your replies.

to make the price look lower?

Yeah, it's a psychological thing. People perceive .99 as much lower than 1.00.

never mind, sold it last night thanks for the help. I miss it already but It's not a lot of fun riding by yourself on flat terrain.
