Question on changing a wheel 250f

I changed the tire on my yz250f, when I put it back on I tighten the bolt on the wheel the wheel won't turn. What am I doing wrong?

Front wheel or Rear?

Do you have the spacers in the correct way?

Did you over tighten the axle bolt? Spacers? Did you spread the brake pads out before you put the tire back on?

yea i think if you could get the rotor back in between the pads, then they shouldnt be tight enough to stop the wheel completely. But I would check the axle bolt torque too...far as the spacers, can you really put them in backwards, i forget been a while since i took a wheel apart, (plan to soon)...but i thought they partially slide into the hub, and if they were backwards would the wheel even fit into the swingarm? I'd check axle first, and if you cranked on the bolt, id suggest a torque wrench for the future....very handy on bikes.
