500 bucks for a headlight!!!!!!

Recommended Posts

After massaging the headlight with a tree I went to my local STEALERSHIP and was quoted $500 to replace the lens on my 2008 400drz-e. Been trying to find one online but no luck. Can anyone point me in the right direction, surely i dont have to replace the lot. I know i can buy an aftermarket kit but would prefer to just replace the original lens.

Perhaps you could confirm actual size with sellers....

Unfortunately not DOT and ADR approved...

"Acerbis Cyclops Headlight is DOT and AE approved"

First line in the product description.

not ADR approved .. or not approved for

jpacko the tt newbie is from :)

Guess I over looked the legality of most aftermarket parts since I live in a more "relaxed" state as far as some laws are concerned. Their stance is "Do you have a headlight?" "Yes" "So it works? Yep you're legal" Thank jeebus for the south lol
