Filter

Recommended Posts

I need a new filter for my bike. I was planning on ordering a new Uni filter, like I usually use, but a friend gave me one of his No Toil filters. It's in great shape. I have always used Uni filters with FFT oil. Can FFT be used to oil a No Toil filter? I only ask because I have heard many people claim that using any other oil other than No Toil's oil will break down a No Toil filter. No Toil is a foam filter. FFT is a foam filter oil. I see no reason why FFT can't be used on a No Toil filter. It's a stupid question, I know, but I'd like a definite answer. If I can't use FFT on this No Toil, I will order a new Uni. If anyone has an answer for me, please post.

Thank you.
