chances are someone bought it on credit, never paid it off, sold it and kept the money. now whoever is stuck with it can't register it. so theyre selling it for cheap.

or scenario #2 is there is some serious problem with it that is gonna be $$$ to fix. so they're pawning if off on someone else....

he took the picture in plain daylight, i wouldn't guess it was a theif for that reason ad doesn't even seem sketchy besides the price...
